Mission Link International is blessed to have a wonderful Board of Directors. Twice a year they meet to handle the affairs of MLI. Rick Sadler is the founder and President.  Mr. Stick Thomas is the Vice-President residing in Lynchburg, Virginia. He has been with the board since its inception. Mr. Jeff Dalton is the Treasurer. He oversees the financial segment of the ministry working closely with Ms. Glassell Williamson, MLI's Bookkeeper.  Dr. James Masloff is the director of medical missions. Rev. Jim Outen resides in Ringgold, Georgia; Mr. Jack Sadler is a retired contractor in Charlottesville and is the father of Rick Sadler.
