- Take Malaria medicine religiously
- When in doubt, ask someone on the team with experience before taking a picture.
- Hide or secure Valuables
- Don't Promise anything unless you intend to carry it through. In other words, let your yes be-yes and your no-be-no.
- If you commit to someone to help with support, we ask that you work through Mission Link International.
- Keep your hands and fingers out of you mouth and eyes.
- Don't drink the water and be careful about brushing teeth. Careful about what you eat!
- The sun will burn... wear sunscreen when working outdoors.
- Bring "new" money ... mostly 100's dated 2003 or newer with no torn places or marks
- Journal: You will want to keep a journal of your thoughts and prayers. Remember God is wanting to say something to you personally
- Giving out Addresses: Realize that when you give your address to someone, most likely they will write you for assistance (money).
