Rick and Candy Sadler: The time has come for Rick & Candy to prepare for more direct involvement on the mission field. Rick, founder and President of Mission Link International, has had the pleasure of working with nationals around the world. However, the major focus over the next few years will be in East Africa. The time has come to work with nationals one-on-one. Discipleship is critically needed. Rick will discuss this and other details regarding their reasoning for staying longer periods of time in Africa. In preparation for this move, Rick and Candy will need to raise their deputation (monthly support). Over the past few years, the escrow account has been raised. Once a certain level of monthly contributions is reached, then they will sell their home (several people have expressed an interest in purchasing their home.) Once that is accomplished, Candy will give notice to her employer of her departure. Now this process could take a few months or five years. It depends on the Lord's timing. God is faithful. For now, Rick will be spending four (4) plus months on the mission field each year.
