Yearly Support
One of the most difficult things to do in the ministry is to raise personal support. It is much easier to raise funds for national pastors and projects. When it comes to raising support for my wife and I, it feels awkward. Nevertheless, this is something that we must do in the coming months, and I’ll need your prayers and encouragement.
The thermometer to the left represents gross income needed for one year—what is needed to maintain our USA home (or apt.)/utilities, food, medical expenses, fuel, retirement/savings, etc. We will be 8 months in Africa and 4 in the USA. We must continue to maintain our USA office, speaking engagements, and various ministries around the world. What is not covered in the yearly total: All or part of health insurance, apartment/utilities, vehicle maintenance/fuel in Africa, and traveling expenses (airfare) which are all absorbed by the Mission Link International’s General Budget.
There are several ways you can help:
1) Speaking Engagements: Invite me (Rick Sadler) to your church once a year to speak. I need twelve (12) churches who will allow me to come and share a message followed by a loving offering.
2) Monthly Support: If a portion of those on our mailing list gave 20 dollars a month, we would quickly raise our support.
3) One-Time Gift: One time gifts to continue to build our escrow account whereby we can draw from to make up any deficits.
